Sophie Sprout Design provides freelance graphic design services, including but not limited to:

Full project details, timelines, and deliverables are confirmed in a separate client contract.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure project bookings.

• The remaining balance must be paid before final files are delivered.

• Late payments may result in delayed delivery or withheld files.

Projects include a set number of revisions, agreed in the project proposal or contract. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

• Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate content and materials

• Ensure they have permission to use supplied assets

• Review and approve work in a timely manner

• Delays in communication may affect project timelines.

• All website content, including text, graphics, and images, is the property of Sophie Sprout Design and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

• Final design rights are transferred to the client only after full payment has been received, as outlined in the client contract.

• Sophie Sprout Design reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Sophie Sprout Design is not liable for:

• Errors in client-provided content

• Third-party printing or production issues

• Loss of profits, business opportunities, or indirect damages
